Warranty

We offer a product warranty of 24 month from the date of purchase for all HOMEbox products (Ambient, Evolution, Vista, Add-Ons) according to production faults. We offer a product warranty of 12 month from the date of purchase for all HomeLab tents according to production faults. All queried damages will be strictly analyzed by Eastside Impex GmbH. Self-made damages by the customer are not included in the warranty. The faulty product has NOT to be sent to Eastside Impex, except it is required.

Claims management

You are an end-consumer and bought our product from a retailer: Please sent following information to the retailer or directly to us, service@homebox.net.
  • article name
  • detailed description and meaningful pictures of the damage
  • A picture from the production-number (located on a little white label, sewn inside the tent on the ground in the front)
A full complaints processing is only possible once all needed data are present. After checking of all needed points, Eastside Impex GmbH decides if the complaint is comprehensible. A possibly replacement for the faulty product will be organized in coordination with the retailer. A refund of the purchase price might only be done by the retailer. Attention: In the case that the production date exceeds 2 years according to HOMEbox products respectively 1 year according to HomeLab-tents, a proof of payment (invoice, receipt) is absolutely necessary to determine the date of purchase.
